James Foster is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, hockey coach and university graduate with all qualifications being recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). His previous experience of working as a coach has provided him with a base of fundamental skills on how to prepare, instruct, teach and coach a wide range of different people of all ages and abilities. With experience of working in a gym environment, coaching and training large group sessions, and working 1 on 1 with clients who are looking to achieve different goals, you are in safe knowledgeable hands with James.

Qualifications and Experience
My experience of working as a coach has provided me with a base of fundamental skills on how to prepare, instruct, teach and coach a wide range of different people of all ages and abilities. This has helped me while training as a Personal Trainer as I now have the technical skills to help clients reach their goals, as well as the personable skills required when working 1:1 and in groups. I have experience of working within a gym environment, and will be looking to provide occasional gym access training to clients who may wish to pursue this in the future.
My main experience involves working with clients within their own home and outdoors, using body weight and various pieces of equipment to produce a range of exercises specifically targeted at helping clients reach their individually specific goals.
I also have experience of providing nutiritonal advice for weight loss clients looking to get the right balance in their diet alongside an increase in exercise. I have also designed pre, during and post race nutrition plans for individuals taking part in endurance exercise events; such as Marathons and Triathlons.
